We were appointed to handle the full architectural design and municipal submission process for the development of an 18-bedroom guest house.

The project contributes to much-needed inner-city accommodation and short- term stay offerings while maintaining contextual responsiveness. We successfully navigated planning approvals within a heritage-sensitive zone, delivering a modern interpretation of Cape Town’s Victorian vernacular.
